Blue Cares
Blue Cares is the non-profit organization and the community outreach program of the San Antonio Police Officers’ Association (SAPOA). Our mission is to provide year-round services and assistance to underprivileged, low-income, at-risk children and their families.
To achieve our goals, Blue Cares works with local governmental and educational institutions, small and large local businesses, and other non-profit organizations.

SAPOA was founded on the belief that those who answer that call deserve unwavering support throughout their careers and beyond. We are committed to honoring the service and sacrifices of our officers by advocating for their well being and ensuring that they and their families have access to the benefits, resources, and care they have earned. Back the Blue
We created Back SA Blue to strengthen our bonds with community organizations, neighborhoods, and people across San Antonio. We know that the people of San Antonio overwhelmingly support their police and we want to give them a way to show their support, whether it’s by wearing a t-shirt or displaying a yard sign.
